Group Structure

The Company has two joint venture entities currently in operation as follows:

1. Ari Asset Management Company Limited (Ari AMC)

With a paid-up capital of Baht 275,000,000, Ari AMC engages in the asset management business. The Company holds a 50% equity interest and has joint control over the operations.

2. Arun Asset Management Company Limited (Arun AMC)

With a paid-up capital of Baht 1,000,000,000, Arun AMC engages in the asset management business. The Company holds a 50% equity interest and has joint control over the operations.
