The Company adopts an anti-corruption policy to ensure efficiency in management and comply with the standard of SET-listed entities, and gives priority to the fight against corruption in all forms.

It also promotes and raises, among its personnel at all levels, the anti-corruption awareness and the adverse effects of corruption, instills the moral values in them, and enhances confidence among all groups of its stakeholders.

At the meeting No. 10/2021 on August 6, 2021 the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to approve a revision of the anti-corruption policy committed by employees towards trade partners, customers and all groups of stakeholders, with a review of such policy compliance to be regularly made at least on a yearly basis. In this regard, the Company’s personnel at all levels are obligated to abide by anti-corruption guidance. Corporate Governance and Compliance Department is responsible for revising this policy at least once a year.

The Company has been certified as a member of the Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (“CAC”) Project operated by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) since 2018 and has been granted the renewal of membership on September 30, 2020. The certificate will be valid for 3 years from the date of approval.

In addition, the company has continuously organized online training related to anti-corruption policies and practices to educate business partners annually. The training aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of joining the Anti-Corruption Coalition to show intention and commitment to fight against corruption in all its forms. This is considered a business operation under good corporate governance and help support the company and partners to conduct business together in a sustainable and transparent manner
