BAM received a 5-star or ‘excellent’ rating from the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the 2nd consecutive year

Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, as one of the leading organizations in the revival of assets to help drive Thai economy and society towards sustainable growth, received a 5-star or ‘excellent’ rating from the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the 2nd consecutive year, among a total of 782 participating listed companies. The Company has also been certified as a member of Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) for the 2nd time.

From the evaluation results, it shows that BAM, as a listed company, is committed to conducting business based on the principles of good corporate governance and giving importance to fighting corruption in all forms. The Company’s commitments also encompass conducting business sustainably by taking into account the impacts the Company has on the environmental, social, and governance dimensions to build confidence among shareholders, investors, and stakeholders, which is considered as a way to continually promote and uplift the level of good corporate governance. This is in line with good practices, to be carried out by the board of directors to prevent and deter inappropriate behavior of listed companies, established by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, on October 27, 2023.
