BAM joins forces and signs a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SMG and JDB

Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Phongsathon Maneepim, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Nasu Chunsom, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Strategy and Business Development Group, along with the management team of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, attended the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony together with Mr. Ekaphan Phaphithak, Chairman of the Executive Council and Mr. Vettathong Phombandit, Managing Director from SMG Group Sole Co., ltd., (SMG), which is a holding company. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Sakhone Yorphanxay, Managing Director from Joint Development Bank (JDB), the first private bank in Lao PDR, which is a subsidiary of SMG. The MOU ceremony, held at JDB Headquarters in Vientiane, Laos, would allow the three parties to study business opportunities to be operated in Lao PDR.
