BAM organizes the “[Generator] to The Next Generation: BAMGO Culture” event assembling BAM employees to move towards becoming a sustainably growing organization.
Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM presided and spoke at the event “[Generator] to The Next Generation: BAMGO Culture” to demonstrate the company’s commitment to the creation of BAMGO culture in personnel development to allow employees to gain knowledge and skills for future and to keep up with the changing world under the vision: "To be the leading organization in the revival of assets to drive Thai economy and society towards sustainable growth."
Mr. Anantamongkol stated: “BAM is ready to go through challenging changes by leaving its comfort zone, stepping into the future and adheres to 3 principles: 1) BAMGO Culture – work culture that stands for Beyond, Accessible, Modern, Grow Together, and One-Stop, supported by BAM’s 5-Dee (Good) concept comprising of Good to the Country, Good to Society, Good to Customers or Debtors, Good to Shareholders, and Good to Employees; 2) Skills for future – having different skills (being multi-skilled) such as digital literacy skills and transformational leadership skills; and 3) Cross-functional collaboration focusing on goals and customers which consists of agile working teams, innovative solution-oriented projects, which will lead BAM to being a sustainable organization.”
