Mr. Bunyong Visatemongkolchai, Chairman of the Executive Board of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Plc. (BAM), said that throughout the period of our operation BAM has managed NPLs and NPAs with an array of strategies. One of our business development plans is to streamline our services and expand our branch network in all parts of the country, currently consisting of the headquarters and 25 branch offices. BAM plans to further open additional branches in Bangkok suburban areas at all four corners of the Capital to provide more convenience to our customers.
Branch offices serve as a strong business development network as they can reach out to target groups and are well acquainted with local communities and market environment. They have devised plans for continuous sales campaigning throughout the year, especially via an exhibition booth which is an effective way to build a customer base and access the target groups.
BAM possesses a whole lot of reasonably-priced properties of all types located in prime areas which can provide opportunities for investors or the public to have their own residences or business premises. At the same time, debtors can restructure their debts as BAM will assist the honest debtors in restoring their credit and retrieving back their properties.
