BAM will conduct an auction of 14 investment property items in prime locations worth Baht 2,438 million.

Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Plc. (BAM) will hold the 2020 grand auction of 14 top investment property items in prime locations worth Baht 2,438 million. Investors and interested persons can submit their bid envelopes on Thursday, April 9, 2020 during 13.30-15.00 hrs. at BAM Head Office on Surasak Road.

Among the 14 property items put up for auction are De Val Resort & Sport Club Project, including vacant land and constructions (a seminar center and seven 4-storied residential buildings) with a total area of 225-3-73.9 rai located in Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, with a reserve price of Baht 259 million; vacant land of 77- 0-86 rai located in Nai Mueang Sub-District, Mueang Phitsanulok District, Phitsanulok Province, with a reserve price of Baht 430 million; and vacant land of 7-2-15 rai located in Bang Khun Kong Sub-District, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province, with a reserve price of Baht 230 million.

The highlight of this auction is a large beautiful plot of vacant land of 1,035-1-3.2 rai located in Mueang Ek Nong Chok Project, Nong Chok District, Bangkok, with a frontage of approximately 42 meters and a depth of approximately 3,080 meters. Complete with convenient transportation and basic infrastructure facilities, the land is suitable for development of property such as a golf course and others. Moreover, the reserve price of Baht 999,999,999, or an average of Baht 2,400/square wah, is attractive to investors when compared with the nearby land prices of around Baht 3,000/square wah and higher.

Other properties include vacant land of 14-0-79 rai in Bang Khanun Sub-District, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province, with a reserve price of Baht 140 million; vacant land of 5-2-67.6 rai in Nai Mueang Sub-District, Mueang Phetchabun District, Phetchabun Province, with a reserve price of Baht 127.5 million; vacant land of 24-1-10 rai in Wiang Sub-District, Chiang Saen District, Chiang Rai Province, with a reserve price of Baht 97 million; vacant land of 3-0-20.1 rai in Bang Phut Sub-District, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, with a reserve price of Baht 42 million; vacant land of 2-2-26 rai in Suthep Sub-District, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province, with a reserve price of Baht 25 million; vacant land of 13-2-68 rai in Map Kha Sub-District, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province, with a reserve price of Baht 23 million; vacant land of 25-2-93 rai in Hua Samrong Sub-District, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province, with a reserve price of Baht 22 million; a single house of 141 square wah in Na Chom Thian Sub-District, Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province, with a reserve price of Baht 20 million; a single house on an area of 4-2-57 rai in Phichai Sub-District, Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province, with a reserve price of Baht 12 million; and vacant land of 3-0-0 rai in Kham Nam Saep Sub-District, Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, with a reserve price of Baht 11 million.
